Competence in Bidding to EU Competitive Programmes

Competence in Bidding to EU Competitive Programmes (EU-osaamisen nosto in Finnish) is a project for strengthening Oulu region’s RDI funding base.

Activities support international networking and improve the expertise of key people and organisations promoting RDI. The work plan is based on an identified need to secure funding from the EU Competitive Programmes following the diminishing of European Structural and Investment (ERI) Funds

As a result of the project the participants are expected to join international thematic networks, gained competence in EU bidding and bid to EU Competitive Programmes, such as Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and in the case of companies, the SME instruments.
