The objective of the project is to increase the proficiency of the participants in digital applications and technologies, thereby enhancing the quality and impact of virtual meetings and events conducted through digital solutions within the project implementation area.
The practices related to work meetings, visits, events, and communication have partially and permanently changed due to the pandemic. Proficient management and utilization of digital tools facilitate networking in the new situation. The project develops and tests operational models for virtual visits that various stakeholders can utilize according to their own needs.
Actions
The project assesses the opportunities provided by various collaboration platforms, applications, and technologies from the perspective of virtual visits.
Furthermore, the project plans, develops, and implements training content aimed at increasing participants’ proficiency in the efficient and secure use of various digital platforms and technologies.
Results
As a result of the project, the knowledge and skills of the participating stakeholders in the use of various digital collaboration platforms and virtual tools have improved, providing them with better capabilities to utilize a wide range of digital tools and services.

Implementation and Funding
The project is coordinated by Oulu University of Applied Sciences. The project is funded by the European Social Fund, with funding provided by the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for Northern Ostrobothnia.
