In the project:

1. Increase the expertise in climate, bioeconomy, circular economy, and digitalization among personnel and businesses in the region’s secondary-level educational institutions in the natural resources sector.
2. Enhance networking and collaboration between educational institutions and businesses. Develop a model for promoting practice-based innovation within these networks.
3. Develop the activities of educational institutions as demonstration environments.

Project actions include:

1. Organize regional workshops focusing on future scenarios and competence development plans.
2. Conduct training sessions and networking events.
3. Establish a model for continuous and practice-based learning.
4. Manage project administration, reporting, and communication.
