Better quality together

Our quality culture is based on the values defined in our strategy: we influence openly and responsibly. We value an equal working and studying culture and an atmosphere where everyone feels good. We support the development of quality culture through diverse communication.

We openly discuss current issues and matters related to the development of our operations. By working together, we achieve better results. We share good practices in many ways, for example, in our Oamk Journal, where we talk about the development work done here and thus share our expertise.
