Is your study right expiring on December 31, 2024?
If your study right will expire on December 31, 2024and you are about to graduate or you have already completed your studies and applying for a degree is current, you can find the instructions and timetable for graduating.
If you are unable to complete all the required studies for your degree by the time your study right expires, you may have a possibility to apply for a discretionary extension period. The extension period can be granted for a valid reason for maximum a year.
In addition to the valid reason, the granting of extension period is influenced by your credit accumulation in the last academic year and the number of study terms you have progressed fluently, as well as the use of study counseling to support the progress of your studies.
If you apply for a discretionary extension period, you will receive a decision on the extension period by the end of December, if you have filled out the application and had a guidance discussion with the Head of Studies or Campus Study Counsellor by December 5, 2024.
If needed, you can apply for the extension period by filling in an online application form.
