Academic Affairs Service Teams:

Academic Affairs service points are closed 23.12.2024 – 6.1.2025. E-mail service study.oamk@oulu.fi is open with limited availability.

At the beginning of the spring semester (from 7 to 10 of January), local service points are open Tue – Fri 10 am – 2 pm.

Outgoing student local services are closed 23. – 27.12.2024.
Incoming student services are closed 24.12.2024 – 1.1.2025.
Admission Services are closed 23.12.2024 – 1.1.2025
Study Services of School of Professional Teacher Education are closed 23.12.2024 – 1.1.2025.
Please note that due to holidays there will be delays in answering messages.

• The EXAM system of the University of Oulu and the University of Applied Sciences is fully closed 23.12.2024-1.1.2025. No EXAM exams can be taken during this period.
• Appointment booking for Study psychologists opens 7.1.2025.
